산림조합법 제60조의2(우선출자)

① 조합은 자기자본의 확충을 통한 경영의 건전성을 도모하기 위하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합원 외의 자를 대상으로 잉여금 배당에서 우선적 지위를 가지는 우선출자를 하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 우선출자 1계좌의 금액은 제20조제3항에 따른 출자 1계좌의 금액과 동일하여야 하며, 우선출자의 총액은 자기자본의 2분의 1을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2020.3.24>

③ 우선출자자는 의결권 및 선거권을 가지지 아니한다.

(3) Preferred프^r러^f퍼드 contributors컨트^r리뷰터즈 do두 not낫 have해^v브 voting^v보우팅 rights^r라잇츠 or오 electoral일렉터^r럴 rights.^r라잇츠

④ 우선출자에 대한 배당은 조합원에 대한 배당보다 우선하여 실시하되, 그 배당률은 정관으로 정하는 최저배당률과 최고배당률 사이에서 정기총회에서 정한다.

⑤ 우선출자자의 책임은 그가 가진 우선출자의 인수가액을 한도로 한다.
