산림조합법 제55조의2(운영의 공개)

① 조합장은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업보고서를 작성하여 그 운영상황을 공개하여야 한다.

② 조합장은 정관, 총회와 이사회의 의사록 및 조합원 명부를 주된 사무소에 갖추어 두어야 한다.

③ 조합원과 조합의 채권자는 제2항에 따른 서류를 열람하거나 그 서류의 사본 발급을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 조합이 정한 비용을 지급하여야 한다.

④ 조합원은 조합원 100인 또는 100분의 3 이상의 동의를 받아 조합의 회계장부 및 서류 등의 열람 또는 사본 발급을 청구할 수 있으며, 조합은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이를 거부할 수 없다.

⑤ 조합원은 조합의 업무집행에 관하여 부정행위 또는 법령이나 정관을 위반한 중대한 사실이 있다고 의심이 되는 사유가 있을 때에는 조합원 100인 또는 100분의 3 이상의 동의를 받아 조합의 업무와 재산상태를 조사하게 하기 위하여 법원에 검사인의 선임을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 「상법」 제467조를 준용한다.
