산림조합법 제51조(비조합원의 사업 이용)

① 조합은 조합원의 이용에 지장이 없는 범위에서 조합원이 아닌 자에게 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 제46조에 따른 사업을 이용하게 할 수 있다.

② 조합원과 동일한 세대에 속하는 사람, 다른 조합 또는 다른 조합의 조합원이 조합의 사업을 이용하는 경우에는 이를 해당 조합의 조합원이 이용한 것으로 본다.
