산림조합법 제32조(대의원회)

① 조합에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 총회를 갈음하는 대의원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 대의원회는 조합장과 대의원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 delegates'델러게잇츠 meeting미팅 consists컨시스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 and앤드 delegates.델러게잇츠

③ 대의원은 조합원(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자를 말한다)이어야 하며 대의원의 정수와 선출에 관하여는 정관으로 정한다. <개정 2018.2.21>

(3) Delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 members멤버즈 (in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 a어 corporation,코퍼^r레이션 its잇츠 representative),^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 and앤드 the^ð더 number넘버 and앤드 election일렉션 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

④ 대의원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 보궐선거로 선출된 대의원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다. 다만, 임기가 만료하는 연도의 결산기 마지막 달 이후 그 결산기에 관한 정기총회 전에 임기가 만료될 때에는 그 정기총회가 끝나는 날까지 임기가 연장된다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 delegate델러게잇 is이즈 two투 years,이어즈 but벗 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 a어 delegate델러게잇 elected일렉티드 in인 a어 by-election바이-일렉션 is이즈 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀 However,하우에^v버 where웨어 the^ð더 term텀 expires익스파이어즈 after애^f프터 the^ð더 last래스트 month먼^θ스 of어^v브 the^ð더 settlement세털먼트 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 in인 which위치 the^ð더 term텀 expires익스파이어즈 and앤드 before비^f포 the^ð디 ordinary오더네^r리 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 for^f포 that^ð댓 settlement세털먼트 period,피^r리어드 the^ð더 term텀 is이즈 extended익스텐디드 until언틸 the^ð더 day데이 that^ð댓 ordinary오더네^r리 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 ends.엔즈

⑤ 대의원은 해당 조합의 조합장을 제외한 임직원과 다른 조합(다른 법률에 따른 협동조합을 포함한다)의 임직원을 겸직하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2018.2.21>

(5) A어 delegate델러게잇 may메이 not낫 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 serve서^v브 as애즈 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 or오 employee엠플로이이 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 concerned컨선드 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 its잇츠 chairperson,체어퍼슨 or오 an앤 officer오^f퍼서 or오 employee엠플로이이 of어^v브 another어너^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 (including인클루딩 cooperatives코아프^r러티^v브즈 under언더 other어^ð더 Acts).액츠

⑥ 대의원회에는 총회에 관한 규정을 준용하되, 제25조에도 불구하고 그 의결권은 대리인으로 하여금 행사하게 할 수 없다.

(6) The^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 on안 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 delegates'델러게잇츠 meeting,미팅 but벗 notwithstanding낫위^ð드스탠딩 Article아터클 25, its잇츠 voting^v보우팅 rights^r라잇츠 may메이 not낫 be비 exercised엑서사이즈드 by바이 a어 proxy.프^r락시
