산림조합법 제31조의4(조합원에 대한 통지와 최고)

① 조합이 조합원에게 통지 또는 최고를 할 때에는 조합원 명부에 적힌 조합원의 주소 또는 거소로 하여야 한다.

② 총회소집의 통지는 총회 개회 7일 전까지 회의목적 등을 적은 총회소집통지서의 발송에 의한다. 다만, 같은 목적으로 총회를 다시 소집하려는 경우에는 개회 전날까지 통지한다.
