산림조합법 제31조의3(총회의 소집청구)

① 조합원은 조합원 300인 또는 100분의 10 이상의 동의를 받아 소집의 목적과 이유를 적은 서면을 제출하여 조합장에게 총회의 소집을 청구할 수 있다.

② 조합장은 제1항에 따른 청구를 받으면 2주 이내에 총회를 소집하여야 한다.

③ 조합장이 제2항에 따른 기간에 정당한 사유 없이 총회를 소집하지 아니하면 감사가 5일 이내에 소집하여야 한다. 이 경우 감사가 의장의 직무를 수행한다.

④ 감사가 제3항에 따른 기간에 총회를 소집하지 아니하면 제1항에 따라 소집을 청구한 조합원의 대표가 소집한다. 이 경우 조합원의 대표가 의장의 직무를 수행한다.
