산림조합법 제3조(명칭)

① 지역조합은 지역명을 붙인 산림조합의 명칭을, 전문조합은 그 지역명과 품목명 또는 업종명을 붙인 산림조합의 명칭을, 중앙회는 산림조합중앙회의 명칭을 각각 사용하여야 한다.

② 이 법에 따라 설립된 조합과 중앙회가 아니면 산림조합ㆍ산림조합중앙회 또는 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 법인이 조합 또는 중앙회의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 승인을 받은 경우에는 이를 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>
