산림조합법 제26조(가입 및 탈퇴)

Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 26 (Admission and Withdrawal)

① 조합원의 자격이 있는 자는 누구든지 자유로이 조합에 가입하고 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 조합은 정당한 사유 없이 조합원 가입을 거절하거나 그 가입에 관하여 다른 조합원보다 불리한 조건을 붙일 수 없다.

(1) Any에니 person퍼슨 qualified콸러^f파이드 as애즈 a어 member멤버 may메이 freely^f프^r릴리 join조인 and앤드 withdraw위^ð드드^r로 from^f프^r럼 a어 cooperative,코아퍼^r레이티^v브 and앤드 a어 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 may메이 not낫 refuse^r러^f퓨즈 admission애드미션 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 without위^ð다웃 justifiable저스터^f파이어블 grounds그^r라운즈 or오 attach어태치 conditions컨디션즈 to투 admission애드미션 more모 disadvantageous디새드^v밴테이저스 than^ð댄 those^ð도우즈 for^f포 other어^ð더 members.멤버즈

② 조합원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당될 때에는 당연히 탈퇴된다. <개정 2016.12.27>

(2) A어 member멤버 automatically오터매티클리 withdraws위^ð드드^r로즈 when웬 the^ð더 member멤버 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 조합원의 자격이 없을 때

1. When웬 the^ð더 member멤버 lacks랙스 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 of어^v브 a어 member;멤버

2. 사망하였을 때

2. When웬 the^ð더 member멤버 dies;다이즈

3. 파산하였을 때

3. When웬 the^ð더 member멤버 is이즈 declared디클레어드 bankrupt;뱅크^r럽트

4. 피성년후견인이 되었을 때

4. When웬 the^ð더 member멤버 comes컴즈 under언더 adult어덜트 guardianship;가디언쉽

5. 조합원인 법인이 해산하였을 때

5. When웬 a어 member멤버 that^ð댓 is이즈 a어 corporation코퍼^r레이션 is이즈 dissolved.디잘^v브드

③ 조합원의 가입 및 탈퇴에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
