산림조합법 제24조(의결권 및 선거권)

조합원은 출자액의 다소(多少)에 관계없이 평등한 의결권 및 선거권을 가진다. 이 경우 선거권은 임원 또는 대의원의 임기만료일(보궐선거 등의 경우에는 그 선거의 실시 사유가 확정된 날) 전 180일까지 해당 조합의 조합원으로 가입한 자만 행사할 수 있다.
