산림조합법 제137조(자수자에 대한 특례)

① 제40조(제122조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다) 및 제40조의2(제122조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)를 위반하여 금전ㆍ물품ㆍ향응, 그 밖의 재산상 이익 또는 공사의 직을 제공받거나 받기로 승낙한 사람이 자수하였을 때에는 그 형벌이나 과태료를 감경하거나 면제한다.

② 제1항에 규정된 사람이 이 법에 따른 선거관리위원회에 자신의 선거범죄 사실을 신고하여 선거관리위원회가 관계 수사기관에 이를 통보하였을 때에는 선거관리위원회에 신고한 때를 자수한 때로 본다. <개정 2014.6.11>
