산림조합법 제125조(위법행위에 대한 행정처분)

① 산림청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 조합등 또는 중앙회의 업무와 회계가 법령, 법령에 따른 행정처분 또는 정관을 위반한다고 인정할 때에는 그 조합 또는 중앙회에 대하여 기간을 정하여 시정을 명하고 관련 임직원에 대하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.18>

② 산림청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 조합등 또는 중앙회가 제1항에 따른 시정명령 또는 임직원에 대한 조치 요구를 이행하지 아니하였을 때에는 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 정지시킬 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18, 2020.2.18>
