산림조합법 제121조(회원에 대한 감사 등)

① 위원회는 회원의 재산 및 업무집행상황에 대하여 2년마다 한 번 이상 감사를 실시하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 회원의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 회원의 부담으로 회계법인에 회계감사를 요청할 수 있다.

(2) Where웨어 deemed딤드 necessary네서세^r리 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 members,멤버즈 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 an앤 accounting어카운팅 firm^f펌 to투 conduct칸덕트 an앤 accounting어카운팅 audit오딧 at앳 the^ð디 expense익스펜스 of어^v브 the^ð더 member.멤버

③ 회장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 감사결과를 해당 회원의 조합장과 감사에게 통지하여야 하며 감사결과에 따라 해당 회원에게 시정 또는 업무 정지를 명하거나 관련 임직원에 대하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 것을 요구할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 and앤드 the^ð디 auditor오디터 of어^v브 the^ð더 member멤버 concerned컨선드 of어^v브 the^ð디 audit오딧 results^r리절츠 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2), and앤드 according어코딩 to투 the^ð디 audit오딧 results,^r리절츠 may메이 order오더 the^ð더 member멤버 to투 make메이크 corrections커^r렉션즈 or오 suspend서스펜드 business,비즈니스 or오 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 that^ð댓 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 measures메저즈 be비 taken테이큰 against어겐스트 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees:엠플로이이즈

④ 회원이 제3항에 따라 임직원에 대한 조치 요구를 받았을 때에는 2개월 이내에 필요한 조치를 하고 그 결과를 위원회에 통지하여야 한다.

(4) Where웨어 a어 member멤버 has해즈 been빈 requested^r리퀘스티드 to투 take테이크 measures메저즈 against어겐스트 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), it잇 shall섈 take테이크 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 measures메저즈 within위^ð딘 two투 months먼^θ쓰 and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 result.^r리절트

⑤ 회장은 회원이 제4항의 기간 내에 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하는 경우에는 1개월 이내에 제3항에 따른 조치를 할 것을 다시 요구하고, 같은 기간 내에도 이를 이행하지 아니하는 경우에는 필요한 조치를 하여 줄 것을 산림청장에게 요청할 수 있다.

(5) Where웨어 a어 member멤버 fails^f페일즈 to투 take테이크 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 measures메저즈 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 shall섈 again어겐 request^r리퀘스트 that^ð댓 the^ð더 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) be비 taken테이큰 within위^ð딘 one원 month,먼^θ스 and앤드 if이^f프 the^ð더 member멤버 still스틸 fails^f페일즈 to투 comply컴플라이 within위^ð딘 that^ð댓 period,피^r리어드 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Forest^f포^r리스트 Service서^v비스 to투 take테이크 necessary네서세^r리 measures.메저즈
