산림조합법 제109조(비회원의 사업 이용)

① 중앙회는 회원의 이용에 지장이 없는 범위에서 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원이 아닌 자에게 제108조제1항에 따른 사업을 이용하게 할 수 있다.
