산림조합법 시행령 제8조의3(조합선거관리위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

①법 제40조의3제1항(법 제122조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 조합선거관리위원회는 조합의 이사회가 선거에 관한 경험이 풍부한 조합원(임ㆍ직원을 제외한다)과 공직선거 등의 선거관리전문가 중에서 위촉하는 5명 이상의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2017.11.28>

②조합선거관리위원회의 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
