산림조합법 시행령 제7조(조합장의 상임 및 비상임 기준)

① 법 제35조제2항 단서에서 "자산 등 조합의 사업규모가 대통령령으로 정하는 기준 미만인 경우"란 조합장 임기 개시일 이전에 법 제57조제3항에 따라 정기총회의 승인을 받은 조합의 최근 결산보고서에 적힌 자산총액이 1천억원 미만인 경우를 말한다.
