산림조합법 시행령 제27조(수수료의 요율 등)

① 법 제129조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 수수료의 요율과 실비 및 사용료의 계산기준은 회장이 정한다.

(1) The^ð더 rates^r레잇츠 of어^v브 fees^f피즈 and앤드 the^ð더 calculation캘큘레이션 standards스탠더즈 for^f포 actual액처월 expenses익스펜시즈 and앤드 usage유서지 charges차지즈 under언더 Article아터클 129 (2) and앤드 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

② 회장은 제1항에 따른 수수료의 요율과 실비 및 사용료의 계산기준을 정하려는 경우에는 중앙회의 인터넷 홈페이지에 20일간 그 내용을 게시하여 이해관계인의 의견을 수렴하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급하다고 인정하는 경우에는 인터넷 홈페이지에 그 사유를 소명하고 10일간 게시할 수 있다.

③ 회장은 제2항에 따라 수렴된 의견을 고려하여 수수료의 요율과 실비 및 사용료의 계산기준을 정하여야 하며, 그 내용을 인터넷 홈페이지에 공개하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 determine더터먼 the^ð더 rates^r레잇츠 of어^v브 fees^f피즈 and앤드 the^ð더 calculation캘큘레이션 standards스탠더즈 for^f포 actual액처월 expenses익스펜시즈 and앤드 usage유서지 charges차지즈 in인 consideration컨시더^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 collected컬렉티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), and앤드 shall섈 disclose디스클로우즈 the^ð더 content칸텐트 on안 the^ð디 Internet인터넷 website.웨브사잇
