산림조합법 시행령 제11조의13(중앙회 감사위원의 자격요건)

1. 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사를 포함한다), 조합 또는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제38조에 따른 검사 대상 기관(이에 상응하는 외국금융기관을 포함한다)에서 10년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 사람. 다만, 중앙회(중앙회의 자회사를 포함한다) 또는 조합에서 최근 2년 이내에 임직원으로 근무한 사람(중앙회 감사위원으로 근무한 사람은 제외한다)은 제외한다.

2. 임업 또는 금융 관계 분야의 석사 이상의 학위를 소지한 사람으로서 연구기관 또는 대학에서 연구원 또는 조교수 이상의 직에 5년 이상 종사한 경력(학위 취득 전의 경력을 포함한다)이 있는 사람
