산림조합법 시행령 제10조(수익분배계약)

법 제50조제1항의 규정에 의하여 조합이 수익분배계약을 체결하는 경우에는 계약기간ㆍ수익분배비율 및 사업실행방법 등에 관하여 산림소유자와 협의하여 이를 정하여야 한다.
