Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 48 (Establishment of the Basic Plan for Forest Biodiversity)

①산림청장은 법 제42조제1항에 따른 산림생물다양성기본계획을 5년마다 수립하여야 하며 산림생물다양성기본계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

②산림청장은 제1항에 따른 계획을 수립하는 때에는 기후에너지환경부장관과 미리 협의하여야 하며, 계획이 수립된 때에는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 지방산림청장에게 이를 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③법 제42조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업"이란 다음 각 호의 사업을 말한다. <개정 2008.6.20>
