산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제44조(경제림육성단지의 지정)

① 산림청장은 법 제37조제2항에 따라 경제림육성단지를 지정한 경우에는 그 단지의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 다음 각 호의 자료를 작성하여야 한다.

② 산림청장은 제1항 각 호에 따른 자료를 작성한 경우에는 산림경영 등에 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(특별자치시장과 특별자치도지사는 제외한다) 또는 지방산림청장에게 해당 자료를 통보하여야 하며, 해당 경제림육성단지의 구역에 사유림이 포함되어 있는 경우에는 산림청의 인터넷 홈페이지에 해당 자료를 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.6.26>
