Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 7 (Applications for Authorization of Forest Management Plans)

①지방자치단체의 장 외의 공유림 소유자 또는 사유림 소유자[정당한 권원에 따라 입목(立木)ㆍ대나무를 사용 또는 수익할 수 있는 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다]가 법 제13조제2항 또는 제5항에 따라 산림경영계획의 인가 또는 변경인가를 받으려는 때에는 별지 제1호서식의 신청서에 산림경영계획서(변경인가신청의 경우에는 변경하려는 사항을 기재한 서류)를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2008.6.20, 2017.12.11, 2021.6.30>

③제1항에 따른 산림경영계획의 인가 또는 변경인가의 신청을 받은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 검토하여 타당하다고 인정하는 때에는 별지 제2호서식의 산림경영계획인가서(산림경영계획서를 첨부한다) 또는 산림경영계획변경인가서(변경 내용이 기재된 산림경영계획서를 첨부한다)를 발급해야 한다. <개정 2017.12.11, 2025.12.12>
