산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제25조(산림사업의 대행절차 등)

①시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제23조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 산림사업을 대행하게 하려는 경우에는 산림소유자에게 그 사유 및 대행할 자를 통지하고 동의를 요청하여야 한다.

②시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따라 산림사업대행의 통지 및 동의요청을 함에 있어서는 20일 이상의 기간을 정하여 그 기간 내에 산림소유자가 동의 여부를 결정할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.9.25>
