산림보호법 제54조(벌칙)

1. 제9조제1항을 위반하여 입목ㆍ죽의 벌채, 임산물의 굴취ㆍ채취, 입목ㆍ죽 또는 임산물을 손상하거나 말라 죽게 하는 행위, 가축의 방목, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 토지의 형질을 변경하는 행위를 한 자
