Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Forest Education, Article 4 (Matters for Deliberation and Composition of the Forest Education Deliberation Committee)

① 법 제6조제1항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 산림교육의 진흥에 필요한 사항으로서 법 제6조제1항에 따른 산림교육심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)이 위원회의 심의에 부치는 사항을 말한다.

2. 산림청 소속 4급 이상의 공무원이나 연구관 중에서 산림청장이 지명하는 사람

3. 산림교육에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 위원장이 성별을 고려하여 위촉하는 사람. 이 경우 「지방자치법」 제182조제1항제1호에 따라 설립된 협의체가 추천하는 사람이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 제2항제3호에 따라 위촉하는 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
