산림교육의 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(산림교육전문가 양성기관의 지정 취소 등)

1. 법 제7조제1항에 따라 산림교육전문가 양성기관으로 지정을 받고 1년(「지방자치분권 및 균형성장에 관한 특별법」 제2조제12호에 따른 인구감소지역에 위치한 산림교육전문가 양성기관의 경우 2년을 말한다. 이하 이 호에서 같다) 이내에 산림교육 전문과정을 개설하지 않거나 1년 이상 산림교육전문가 양성기관을 운영하지 않은 경우

2. 산림교육 전문과정을 지정받은 교육시설이 아닌 곳에서 운영하거나 지정받은 교육과정과 달리 운영하는 경우
