사회적기업 육성법 제3조(운영주체별 역할 및 책무)

①국가는 사회서비스 확충 및 일자리 창출을 위하여 사회적기업에 대한 지원대책을 수립하고 필요한 시책을 종합적으로 추진하여야 한다.
