Social Enterprise Promotion Act, Article 16-3 (Establishment of Association)

① 사회적기업은 제1조의 목적 달성을 위한 사회적기업의 건전한 발전과 공동 사업 수행 등을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고용노동부장관의 인가를 받아 사회적기업협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

③ 협회를 설립하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 정관을 작성하여 고용노동부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 정관을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

④ 협회는 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행한다.

3. 사회적기업 관계 기관ㆍ단체 간의 연계ㆍ협력ㆍ조정에 관한 사업

⑤ 협회는 제1항에 따른 설립목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요한 경우 고용노동부장관의 허가를 받아 수익사업을 할 수 있다.

⑥ 협회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
