① 제34조제2항에 따른 신고를 한 자는 지체 없이 시설의 운영을 시작하여야 한다.

④ 시설 운영자가 제2항에 따라 시설운영을 재개하려고 할 때에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시설 거주자의 권익을 보호하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 조치 내용을 확인하고 제2항에 따른 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2012.1.26, 2019.1.15>
