사회복지사업법 제16조(법인의 설립허가)

① 사회복지법인(이하 이 장에서 "법인"이라 한다)을 설립하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사의 허가를 받아야 한다.
