사회복지공동모금회법 제13조(분과실행위원회)

① 모금회의 기획ㆍ홍보ㆍ모금ㆍ배분 업무에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 해당 분야의 전문가와 시민대표 등으로 구성되는 기획분과실행위원회, 홍보분과실행위원회, 모금분과실행위원회 및 배분분과실행위원회 등 분과실행위원회를 둔다.

② 분과실행위원회의 위원장은 1명 이상의 이사로부터 추천을 받은 이사 중에서 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 회장이 위촉하며, 그 위원은 해당 위원장의 제청(提請)과 이사회의 의결로 회장이 위촉한다.

(2) The^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 directors더^r렉터즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 at앳 least리스트 one원 director,더^r렉터 and앤드 its잇츠 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 chair체어 and앤드 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 분과실행위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 다만, 모금분과실행위원회 및 배분분과실행위원회는 각각 20명 이상의 위원으로 구성한다.

④ 분과실행위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 배분분과실행위원회 위원은 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

⑤ 분과실행위원회가 심의한 사항을 이사회가 변경하려면 그 분과실행위원회 위원장의 의견을 청취하여야 하며, 이사회 회의록에 이를 기록하여야 한다.

⑥ 분과실행위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

(6) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 subcommittees서브커미티즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션
