Act on the Use and Provision of Social Security Benefits and the Identification of Persons Entitled to Benefits, Article 9-2 (Identification of Households in Crisis)

① 보장기관의 장은 누락된 지원대상자가 적절한 사회보장급여를 제공받을 수 있도록 지원이 필요한 다음 각 호의 가구(이하 이 조에서 "위기가구"라 한다)를 발굴하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2020.4.7>

1. 제11조제1항 각 호에 해당하는 관계 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체ㆍ시설의 장에게 공유받은 정보와 제12조제1항 각 호의 자료 또는 정보의 처리 결과 보장기관의 장이 위기상황에 처하여 있다고 판단한 사람의 가구
