사회보장급여의 이용ㆍ제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률 제31조의2(사회보장정보 보호 교육)

① 보건복지부장관은 사회보장정보를 처리하는 자에게 사회보장정보 보호에 관한 교육을 실시하여야 한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 교육을 한국사회보장정보원 또는 「한국보건복지인재원법」에 따른 한국보건복지인재원에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2021.7.27>

③ 제1항에 따른 교육의 내용 및 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
