사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법 제44조의5(분쟁조정신청의 통지 등)

① 분쟁조정위원회는 당사자 어느 한쪽으로부터 분쟁의 조정신청을 받았을 때에는 그 신청 내용을 상대방에게 통지하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 상대방은 조정에 응할 것인지에 관한 의사를 분쟁조정위원회에 통지하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 통지를 받은 상대방이 국가 또는 지방자치단체인 경우에는 조정에 응하여야 한다.
