사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법 제36조(보증료)

① 관리기관은 신용보증을 받는 사업시행자등으로부터 보증금액에 대하여 해당 사업시행자등의 사업규모, 재무구조 및 신용도 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보증료를 징수한다.

② 관리기관은 보증을 받은 사업시행자등이 보증료의 납부기한까지 보증료를 납부하지 아니하였을 때에는 미납 보증료에 대하여 연이율 100분의 10에 해당하는 연체보증료를 받는다.
