사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제14조(사행기구의 규격 및 기준)

① 경찰청장은 필요하다고 인정하면 사행기구의 모양ㆍ구조ㆍ재질ㆍ성능 등에 관한 규격과 기준을 정할 수 있다.

② 경찰청장은 제1항의 규격과 기준이 없는 사행기구에 대하여는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 행정안전부장관이 지정하는 검사기관의 검정(檢定)을 거쳤으면 사행기구의 규격과 기준을 갖춘 것으로 인정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 수출을 목적으로 하는 사행기구는 제1항과 제2항에도 불구하고 수입자가 요구하는 규격과 기준에 따라 제조할 수 있다.
