사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 시행령 제17조(규제의 재검토)

경찰청장은 제7조 및 별표에 따른 사행행위영업의 방법과 당첨금의 기준에 대해 2019년 1월 1일을 기준으로 3년마다(매 3년이 되는 해의 1월 1일 전까지를 말한다) 그 타당성을 검토하여 개선 등의 조치를 해야 한다.
