Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., Article 14 (Fees)

①법 제28조제1호 및 제2호에 따른 수수료는 다음과 같다. <개정 1994ㆍ7ㆍ23, 1995ㆍ3ㆍ6, 2021.1.5>

1. 영업의 허가

가. 복권발행업 및 현상업의 허가: 10만원

(a)어 Permission퍼미션 for^f포 lottery라터^r리 issuing이슈잉 business비즈니스 and앤드 prize프^r라이즈 contest칸테스트 business:비즈니스 100,000 won;원

나. 기타 사행행위업의 허가: 5만원

(b)비 Permission퍼미션 for^f포 other어^ð더 speculative스페큘러티^v브 act액트 businesses:비즈너시즈 50,000 won;원

다. 사행기구제조업의 허가: 10만원

라. 사행기구판매업의 허가: 5만원

다. 사행기구제조업의 변경허가: 5만원

라. 사행기구판매업의 변경허가: 2만5천원

②법 제28조제3호 및 제4호의 규정에 의한 사행기구의 검정 및 검사에 관한 수수료는 사행기구의 품목 또는 검정ㆍ검사항목별로 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 1999.4.30, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
