사행산업통합감독위원회법 시행령 제12조(과도한 사행심 유발 영업행위)

법 제18조제1항제4호에서 "과도한 사행심을 유발하는 영업행위로서 대통령령이 정하는 사항"이란 베팅 또는 구매의 한도액이나 출입일수 또는 경주일수 등이 과다하여 사행심을 심하게 유발하고 있는 것으로 판단되는 영업행위를 말한다.
