Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Cyber Universities, Article 6 (Organization and Faculty, etc.)

① 사이버대학에는 학칙에 따라 학과등을 둔다. <개정 2024.5.21>

④ 제2항에 따라 확보해야 하는 교원 수에는 「고등교육법 시행령」 제7조제2호에 따른 겸임교원 또는 같은 조 제3호 후단에 따른 초빙교원으로서 학기당 6학점 이상을 담당하는 겸임교원 또는 초빙교원의 수를 포함할 수 있다. 이 경우 겸임교원과 초빙교원의 수를 합산한 수는 전체 교원 수의 5분의 1을 넘지 못한다. <개정 2022.10.18>
