사립학교교직원 연금법 제60조의2(관할청의 업무 협조)

「사립학교법」 제4조에 따른 관할청은 학교의 설립ㆍ폐지를 인가하거나 인가를 취소한 경우 또는 학교경영기관의 설립ㆍ해산을 인가하거나 인가를 취소한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 공단에 통보하여야 한다.
