사립학교교직원 연금법 제43조(비용 부담의 원칙)

급여나 그 밖에 이 법을 운용하기 위하여 필요한 비용은 그 비용의 예상액과 개인부담금, 국가부담금, 법인부담금, 재해보상부담금 및 그 예정운용수익금의 합계액이 장래에 균형이 유지되도록 하여야 한다. 이 경우 급여에 드는 비용은 적어도 5년마다 다시 계산하여야 한다.
