사립학교교직원 연금법 제24조(예산)

① 이사장은 매 회계연도의 예산을 편성하여 회계연도개시 전까지 교육부장관에게 제출하여 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 제출하는 예산은 예산총칙ㆍ추정재무상태표ㆍ추정손익계산서ㆍ자금계획서를 내용으로 하고 그 내용을 명백하게 함에 필요한 부속서류를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2021.3.23>
