사료관리법 시행규칙 제26조(수거량ㆍ검정의뢰 등)

① 법 제21조제2항에 따른 사료검사원(이하 "사료검사원"이라 한다)이 시료를 수거할 때에는 농림축산식품부장관이 정하는 방법에 따라 수거하고 별지 제25호서식의 수거증을 발급하여야 한다. 이 경우 무상으로 수거하는 물량은 별표 10과 같다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 시료를 수거한 사료검사원은 그 수거한 시료를 수거한 장소에서 봉함(封緘)하고 사료검사원 및 피수거자의 도장 등으로 봉인(封印)하여야 한다.

③ 국립농산물품질관리원장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 수거한 시료를 지체 없이 사료검정기관에 송부하여 검정을 의뢰하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.4.5>

④ 국립농산물품질관리원장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제21조제2항에 따른 검사ㆍ수거를 하게 하였을 때에는 별지 제26호서식의 검사수거처리대장에 그 내용을 기록하고 갖춰 두어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.4.5>
