사도법 제8조(접속구간의 개수 요구)

① 사도개설자는 사도의 효용을 높이기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 해당 사도와 공도(公道)가 연결되는 접속구간을 개수(改修)하여 줄 것을 요구할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항의 요구가 타당하다고 인정하면 그 접속구간을 개수할 수 있다. 이 경우 필요하다고 인정하면 사도의 너비와 전체 길이를 초과하여 접속구간을 개수할 수 있다.
