Enforcement Decree of the Private Roads Act, Article 6 (Orders to Repair or Supplement Private Roads, etc.)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제12조제1항에 따라 보수ㆍ보완 명령 또는 통행제한ㆍ금지 등의 조치를 명하는 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 명령서를 사도개설자에게 송부하여야 한다.
