사격 및 사격장 안전관리에 관한 법률 제6조의2(휴업ㆍ폐업의 신고)

① 사격장설치자는 사격장을 1년 이내의 범위에서 휴업할 수 있다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 사격장설치자가 사격장을 폐업하거나 15일 이상 1년 이내의 기간 동안 휴업하려면 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제6조제1항에 따른 사격장의 설치 허가관청(이하 "허가관청"이라 한다)에 신고하여야 한다. 그 기간을 연장하는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
