Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion and Advancement of Root Industries, Article 25 (Designation, etc. of the National Root Industry Promotion Center)

법 제22조제1항제2호에서 "전문인력과 시설 등 대통령령으로 정하는 요건을 갖춘 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 기관을 말한다. <개정 2022.8.9>

가. 뿌리산업 관련 과학기술 분야의 박사학위를 소지한 사람

(a)어 A어 person퍼슨 who후 holds호울즈 a어 doctoral닥터^r럴 degree디그^r리 in인 a어 science사이언스 and앤드 technology텍날러지 field^f필드 related^r릴레이티드 to투 root^r룻 industries;인더스트^r리즈

나. 뿌리산업 관련 과학기술 분야의 석사학위를 소지한 사람으로서 뿌리산업 관련 법인이나 기관에서 3년 이상 근무한 경력(학위 취득 전의 경력을 포함한다)이 있는 사람

다. 뿌리산업 관련 과학기술 분야의 학사학위를 소지한 사람(다른 법령에 따라 이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정되는 사람을 포함한다)으로서 뿌리산업 관련 법인이나 기관에서 5년 이상 근무한 경력(학위 취득 전의 경력을 포함한다)이 있는 사람
