빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 제7조(빈집등에의 출입에 따른 손실보상)

① 시장ㆍ군수등은 제6조제1항에 따른 빈집등 및 그 대지에의 출입으로 손실을 입은 자가 있으면 그 손실을 보상하여야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수등 또는 제1항에 따른 손실을 입은 자는 제2항에 따른 협의가 성립되지 아니하거나 협의를 할 수 없는 경우에는 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」 제49조에 따라 설치되는 관할 토지수용위원회에 재결을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.20>

④ 제3항에 따른 관할 토지수용위원회의 재결에 관하여는 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」 제83조부터 제87조까지를 준용한다.
