빈집 및 소규모주택 정비에 관한 특례법 시행령 제22조의2(토지등소유자 동의서의 검인 방법)

① 법 제25조제1항 후단에 따른 서면동의서에 검인(檢印)을 받으려는 자는 제20조제2항에 따른 동의서에 같은 조 제1항 각 호의 사항이 기재된 서류를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수등에게 검인을 신청해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 시장ㆍ군수등은 서면동의서에 제20조제1항 각 호의 사항이 포함되어 있는지를 확인한 후 일련번호를 부여하는 방법으로 검인해야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수등은 제1항의 신청을 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 신청인에게 검인한 동의서를 내주어야 한다.
