비파괴검사기술의 진흥 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(등록의 기준)

법 제11조제1항의 규정에 따른 기술인력의 규모 및 장비의 기준 등 등록기준은 별표 1과 같다. 다만, 다른 법령에서 비파괴검사를 수행하고자 하는 자의 기술인력의 규모 및 장비 등에 관하여 별표 1과 다른 기준을 정하고 있고, 그 법령에서 정하는 비파괴검사만을 수행하고자 하는 자에 대하여는 별표 1의 등록기준에 갈음하여 그 법령에서 정한 기준을 등록기준으로 한다.
